The Importance of Annotating Modifiers
Annotations like stable annotate that we use within the runtime. That's where they get involved with a, you give the compiler some information that it can use during compile time. We have to come up with an annotation that would describe the behavior that you're saying. The interesting thing about modifiers is that if we have probably one more annotations, then we could leverage the fact that partial modifier lists could be extracted.
