Pauper, the Baldwin Effect
Baldwin effect is the theory of a purely darwinian development that simulates lamarcism. Papper says physical evolution itself doesn't work without learning agrithms like that. It's incredibly clear that he's making the claim that evolution had to evolve learning algorithms first, or physical evolution would not work either. This seems like it's something need be looked at as a new theory about evolution, but i can't unsee it.
