Is There a Balance Between Synchronous and Asynchronous Communication?
Some sectors, some sectors, you know, you trust more than in others. And so when we start to look at new ways of working and actually if we are introducing something like asynchronous communication, then it's even more complicated. Daphne: I am very pro async written communication, but I am not the best writer. So there's a reason why I have a podcast and that I don't write content. It's also the way I am. But I do like to have some overlap of synchronous time where mostly if I'm just having a new junior on my team, which helps out.
