I'd rather do a lot of hard work to make more money than necessarily take a lot more risk. We've generated opportunistic returns in some instances by not really taking on a lot of opportunistic risk, just doing the hard work. My lesson is that's a smart way to invest, in my opinion. These are somewhat competitive deals, that you're not the only buyer out there who's looking at these things. And there's obviously many ways to win. One is just to pay the most,. But one of the things that blackstone is known for is also just moving superfast and winning deals on speed.
