Ryan: My success comes with a consistency. I think one of the things that makes my business unique is that I've come in and come in in the middle because I came in from somebody that didn't like police officers. And see, a lot of people will get it twisted. Unfortunately, George Floyd's death shined a spotlight on what's always been happening consistently throughout our country. But now it's serving you and your business well. It allows you to really shine a light on something that needed a light shine down for a while.

There are a lot of opportunities for you to maximize your gifts and utilize them to create your own business. The difficulty lies in the execution and consistency.
