Sally Kohn: We saw about 30% of our clients were agencies and that made sense. But also the other 70% candidly, we didn't really have a strategic seat at the table. The relationship was kind of sounds sort of like a yucky word, but sort of transactional right? She says it's easier to develop rapport with next agency if you're selling from position of authority. "I want to advise not just sell stuff," she says.
