The New Dad's Resolutions for 2022
This is going into my again with a baby on the way. My expectation is that I'm trying to make my life as efficient as possible. First, first goal is get an extremely good shape over the next 2 months so that when the baby comes, I can coast for a bit. And then the next goal is figure out, okay, can I put the baby down for 20 minutes and go row and get a quick workout in?"
