The Benefits of Dual Tasks on the Brain

There is evidence that when people add on a task on top of something that is innately mundane, such as walking or running, they tend to see its benefit. Anything like that that challenges the mind seems to exponentally improve cognition, specifically memory. The one area of the brain that gets affected by dual task an activities is the hippocampus. Those kind of activities do make a huge difference. And like i said earlier, the beneficial effects are explanatial. So trying new things, then, with regard to movementit could be a good idea to sort of challenge the body with new things that require different levels of focus and different motor skillsd et cetera.
