You Pay for the Rest of the Joke, Right?

In America, we pay taxes to the government that funds the EPA that regulates industrial output from plants and things that put negative externalities into the air. So it creates oxygen for a rapture but yeah, you have to pay for it. It's just part of taxes anyways. We pay for having more cleanness of air. I guess you don't pay for the air per se. You just pay to not have less eluded air. But you know taxes are paying too. Here in Utah, here in Utah, we live. Oh the inversion. Because it's a valley, right? So there's not a lot of wind that can rush through and push those pollutants out.
