What Are Some Common Mistakes New PMs Make?

I would say the person who was most instrumental in helping me get my first product job was my manager's manager at Goldman. He said, you can keep your job and while you figure out what you want to do next. His only ask was that I gave him six weeks notice when I decided to leave. And I gave him eight weeks, which was totally fine. So yeah. Well, I guess I have the mic here. A lot of people here are new PMs. But if you can think back to what you've observed, some common mistakes that new PMs tend to make is a good idea.
