You can also do this by palpating o n the palm. So i could choose either spleen or fire heart. The element that's out of wack, which you use the palm or the belly to check is the element on the channel that's available now when the person is there. It sounds simple, but when you start doing it, it it's a little tricky. I'm treating the metal point. That was the reactive area.
