The Paradox of Eating Fast Food

College Mauté is taking part in a four-year-long European-wide research project called Plan Eat. The general rule throughout France at different levels is for a three-course meal to be served over lunchtime, much longer than in the UK. Many cooks cook all their own food and some comes from central kitchens. There's also now pressure to save money and outsource cooking to one of the international catering companies but that's not yet widespread.
