Subtraction, No Necktie, No Notes

Steve says he was inspired by a speaker coach who told him to never wear a necktie or stand behind a podium. Steve: "In order for you to be effective, you need to seem vulnerable and the podium is you enemy" He believes that if we buy into this idea of subtraction it would lead us toward some kind of authenticity.
