Is It a Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia?

A woman came in with a low platelet count. She had no prior Heparin exposure, so we did a 4T score on her and she had scored very low. TTP is also lower, again, given the lack of cystocytes. The HIV and the hepatitis serology were also negative. So it seemed less likely that something like clumpling was a part of the picture that hit seemed unlikely.
