I think that the pin badgley comment is accidentally just getting attached to a larger cultural moment. I almost see his comment as being more in the most generous reading of it. It's about being more transparent about boundaries at work. And it's about people, particularly actors who are made to feel like if they're not always compliant and always down for everything, they'll never get hired.
