How Long Does It Take to Get Through a Methods Section?
If you're not super familiar with the research in that area, it may take you two hours to get through method section. But if you re research in a particular area for quite a while, you might be able to get that number down to an hour or so, hour and a half. You can also zip throughe the intro and discussion pretty quickly because all the papers that they're referencing that they're comparing and contrasting their results with, you know what went on in those papers. A, like trex was talking about with stats, if you have' a decent grasp of statistics am and they they were using statistical techniques that you're, you know, well acquainted with.
