How to Make Failure Work for You

How long were you trying to make that work for? You know, you're in this business, there's money at stake. There's a public element to it as well, which always makes things that much more difficult and the stakes feel so much higher for the ego. And I'm so grateful that I even figured that out, that I could ask myself that because I was in a tough spot. Maybe harder than I should have, but coming out of it, I really need, I was at this crossroads.
