Paddle paddle is derived from parallel, distributed deep learning. It's more of a tolket to help research scientists and engineers to efficiently develop aborithms and deploy them in real applications. You have to notate data and then feed the data into a deep learning framework for training. Then after the training process, you get a deep learning model. So basically, this model is a condensed version of the data you have observed.
