The Importance of Protein in Training
Pre training, sometimes it's beneficial to eat maybe two to four hours before and a meal that contains some kind of carbohydrates so that you have like your fucking amp to do some shit. Post workout window or post workout meal opportunity: You should probably be eating something that has protein and carbs within an hour of finishing lifting. Those gears seem to move better and get to moving faster if you have plenty of food after training,. generally high in protein, high in carbs and relatively low in fat.
