The study looked at all effect sizes from studies where endurance and resistance training were performed in the same session. For untrained subjects, a concurrent training led to strength gains that were just as large as only doing resistance training a. But for moderately trained subjects, there was an effect size o point two, p value of point o eight a, favoring resistance training only for strength gains. So especially for trained subjects, when you're doing concurrent training with both endurance training and lifting in the same sessions, there seems to be a pretty negative effect on strength outcomes.
