The Future of the Gap
In the 90s, there have to be some sort of green shoots of social transformation taking place in the north. But if you look at it now three decades after that, I don't see much headway actually being made in terms of transformation. Now, I think the gap is not going to come down close any times to this for instance today's Indian Express reports that about students and their choice of subjects. Only 2% of these students are likely to offer arts.
