Josh: Having clients as a facebook friend is definitely one way to go about that. Accountability is a great thing to have, particularly in business and even more so if it's just you running your business. He says there really are a ton of referra benefits on social media. Josh: Most people are not going to do that for my clients because i don't think they would be able to handle the pressure.
