The Ineffective Assistance of Counsel in the Case of Fry Burger

Fry Burger has maintained his innocence. He appealed his conviction. Lots of technical points in this appeal. The Hover letter is exculpatory evidence. But right now, we don't have enough to say that he is truly responsible outside of some circumstantial evidence. And no, we're not sure we can convince a jury of 12 that he's guilty based on the circumstances.
