John saw his career in email marketing as the managing editor at NUAM. He then moved into journalism as a freelancer and spent over seven years with the Irish Times reporting predominantly on business and technology. In 2014, John made his way into source at intercom as the managing director of content before joining RAMP as their head of content and communications.
