The Bioavailability of a Food

Most people don't adjust for the bioavailability based on other things like in particular in iron and zinc so you point a tank on your chance. We did not like it oxalates another anti-nutrients but we did like a phytate and there's not a good database of all this. The challenge with doing this is that bioavailability and absorption varies by the individual by their nutrient status by their diet.
