The Westfield Broadees - A Case Study

The broadees applied to the westfield planning board. Their plan was to raise the house they had put so much work into and subdivide the land into two lots to sell. Residents in westfield protested the proposal, arguing that smaller lots would be out of character for the community. They cited that its 67 point four and 67 point six feet, respectively, the subdivided lots would fall two and a half feet short of the mandated 70 foot required allotment. A journalist from a local newspaper speculated that the broadees themselves could have been responsible for the letters h theorized that the family might have gotten in over their heads with the mortgage and were looking for a way to wriggle
