Speaking Up - Is That What You Seek?

I think the first thing you've got to get to is speaking up, is being able to say it to yourself. Then you do have to figure out what does speaking up look like for you. You just need to find a way of doing this that works for you. I'm thinking about practically how i've done this in the past. And i think it is often through using examples.
