How to Get Members of Congress to Be Up to Speed on This?

I see you as extraordinarily lucid, rational and practical things that I imagine myself to be on good days. It's like, okay, how are we going to get this shit done in real life? And you're like looking at it. You even moved to DC to help try and make this shit happen. The rate of paper publication right now is it was already up to 4,000 papers a month. And this is growing at a log worth of scale. So if one person is having a hard time, how the heck do you like actually get members of Congress to be up to speed on this?
