What Are Expected Damages?
We can assume that there was a valid contract and a breach. Let's take each remedy in order, starting with expectation damage. We're told that deborah agrees to pay paul 15 thousand dollars upon completion of his work. Now we still need to address the fourth requirement, which is that the damages be unavoidable. Paul will successfully argue he could have completed both jobs at the same ime.
