The Last Words of Rawling

Rawling was executed by lethal injection at Florida State Prison on October 25th, 2006 after the US Supreme Court rejected his last ditch appeal. His last meal consisted of a lobster tail served with drawn butter, butterfly shrimp with cocktail sauce, a baked potato with sour cream and butter, strawberry cheesecake and sweet tea. Right before his execution in a written statement, he did confess to the murders of the Gerson family in the street court. The five students that were brutally murdered by Rawling are actively remembered in pretty awesome ways around Gainesville and the campus that they attended.
