Comtran is moving towards getting more of your people in a room together at the same time. The academy aims to get like minded people aiming for the same basic target. We're really trying to do this, you know, three or four times? Cause we're seeing the lot of the value in it. And as you're alluding to with the the academy stypestuffing in person, i actually think it has so more, like, the biggest parallels between remote work and pandemic world. I don't believe trust can be forged over a digital platform. But if it's produced in terms of creating something special, that's magical.
