Are You Born With It, or Did You Learn It?

Most people don't know, for example, that an infant brain is not a miniature adult brain. When human infants are born, they're born with unfinished brains. And little brains wire themselves to the world, to the physical world and to the social world. If it wasn't wired into your brain, it wouldn't be learned. So the question is, were you born with it, or was it boot strapped into your wiring by o one?
