Being Intentional With Your Time

i have spent a lot of time this quarter feeling that i'm not being intentional enough with how iam spending time. We create standards for ourselves that, like ae pretty impossible to live up to. And so i really did work on that, and now i'm not feeling that way. It's just such a great reminder that our brain will want us to try and live up to these vague standards. That is just our brain feeling guilty for no good reason, but it feels so justified.
