The Supreme Court's Standing Decision in the Case of Laurie Smith
Laurie Smith filed a lawsuit against the Obama administration for allegedly violating Colorado law. The Supreme Court ruled in her favor, but there are questions about whether she actually had standing to bring the case. LZ Granderson says if this was made up, it doesn't matter which side of the issue you're on. He says that even if they don't believe Laurie Smith's story, their job is still to determine what happened and make an appropriate ruling.
