Toson's 'Lyrics' Aren't a Crime

States attorney tom gibbon says, despite toson's insistence that what was on the paper were lyrics, he remained certain that they were not. Investigators were unable to find evidence that toson had a violent side. Teachers and students maintained he wasn't threatening, but the prosecution disagreed. So now we have two different stories. One is a tale of a potential terrorist plotting a campus massacre. Another is a story of a young man who has unlawfully stored a gun at his university, but otherwise has done wrong....
