Teachers on Strike
More than 100,000 teachers in 23,000 schools across England and Wales are set to walk out today. There'll be partially closed on Wednesday, so my little girl who's seven, she'll be off school. It is deeply disappointing for parents, for children, and it will have an impact which is not really fair when you consider all of the disruption that they had during the pandemic. How will this affect a generation of students still catching up post Covid? You're listening to stories of our times from the Times and the Sunday Times. I'm Manvin Rana.
