The airport did not have an emergency plan that was approved, nor did it obey the international civil aviation organization standards. There's also difficulty for rescue vehicles to enter the area of the aircraft wreckage which allowed the aircraft wreckage to be completely consumed by the spread of the fire. Then on top of that, looters ransacked the wreckage. This greatly hindered the investigation because a bunch of key evidence went missing.
