Is Complexity Really Complex?

I think complexity gets a bad rap, too. I think there are times where we do need to embrace complex but how do you make it approachable? And i think that is the thing to solve, right?, he says. How do you have your crater tools, give people the knowledge of how,. like, again, to peel that layer back or pop the hood open and address such complexity as opposed to avoiding it entirely?
