But it was a fun little thing i did, not doing out of the home coffee for a month. And then if you do want to do fitness gols, throw in some of those. Maybe it's ten thousand steps every single day, every day for a year. I want you to be unique and think outside the box. Thet i've set a goal for myself, so i could be very broad, right?
