values sound super vague, right? Because they're just these words on a screen, or words that you say. But at the end of the day, it's important to really think through not just what they are, but how they manifest in practice. The next thing is, any time some one new comes on, or even for existing employees, do some serious training on your values. It could include having people read books. And then the third and most important thing that i see missing with companies is it's really important that  leadership exhibits the values especially in tough scenarios.
