How to Invest in Small Cap Companies

We spend a lot of time with management teams and we think that that is the critical piece of our due diligence getting to know management, observing their board. The second piece that we also look for is what's the strength of their, their moat their technological moat or the mode of their service. And so, I mean, we get up every day and meet companies and meet management and really try to dig in and say, you know, are you selling picks to the minors? It's a strategy that we have applied for a lot of years. You can apply it in a lot of different industries.
