Is It Legal to Build a Family?
The concept of a family is that police cannot simply barge inside it. It has an interesting valence, its roots in sort of property law. There's almost a renaissance era legal principle about a man's house being his castle. And then settler colonists sort of adopt this in North America. People have really convinced that children as property is the area where all violence is justified in its defense.
