Are You a Citizen of Heaven?
The church cultured distinction is established at the point where we, as professing believers, are committed or not, to seeking the things of heaven rather than the things of the world. Followers of jesus christ are not to love the world, and yet we doas first john two, 15, we are not toLove our sin, and yet We do. How can we distinguish ourselves from the culture when by demonstrating the exact kind of behaviour that is clearly anaethetical to the gospel, we render ourselves completely indistinguishable from the culture? I ask that question in light of these words from the book titled the city of god by saint augustine.
