The original Snow White was the first full feature length children's animated movie that was a financial success. It started a movement. They gave Disney an Oscar for it, and then they gave him seven little Oscars,. Like the Seven Dwarfs for probably a PR stunt, but kind of cute. This movie not only sold out theaters, people would like stand up at the end and give a standing ovation. So why remake something that was such a cultural moment at the time? Why try to take that away from the moment where it existed and turn it into something now? I don't understand that. And so things that used to be made, can't be made in Hollywood anymore. The only
