What's the Best Age to Start Learning a Language?

As young as possible, is the answer to that. And i would say it very much depends on when you start learning. You can pretty much do anything in the language when you reach c two. There are particular to do statements in this scale of languages. Do you want to use the language just to travel and go from a to b in different country? Or do you want to live and work and function in a different country?
