Having really good CI having really good iterative development practices is something that is really important for these growing repos and it's why pants exist. If you are sort of not running tests not really running any checks pushing directly to main you know you are asking for trouble in sooner or later so i'm asking you how do I get this tool that applies all these automates all of these engineering best practices? You're suggesting that maybe you start by start at the core and work your way out right like just the way that you work together as a team through source control then everything else becomes easy  I think this is a big part of a python quote unquote growing up as a language.
