Is There a Way to Improve the Quality of Software?
hardware is one of these areas where that's just not the culture. And this totally into the tools. Like existing tools are often like goe base, and they let you do all these things. But it'snot designed for this kind of thoroughly integrated quality control process. Another totally different area that i think has the same problem is networks. In most places, networks are managed by dint of having extremely careful network engineers who try and do it right almost every time. It's very powerful in many ways, under applied way of improving various kinds of technological flows.
