The russian invasion of ukraine would have a dramatic meaning for the w t's future. The martians may may litigate, and we'll see what happens. I thinkthe parties that have done it will probably win. And i think good news that all is not lost at the w t o, at least not yet. But since we've done almost nothing but talk for 20 years at the dabito there are some signs of life.
