Vitamin D3 supplement or vitamin D supplementation in general is very popular now I keep mentioning vitamin D3 this is because there are two different forms of vitamin D. We have chosen for vitamin D3 in our vitamin D product and we've stacked it with vitamin K because one of the main benefits of vitamin D is that it helps keep your bones nice and strong vitamin K is necessary for this in conjunction with vitamin D so combining the two made a lot of sense. Of course we also put in vitamin C not necessarily for any sort of benefit but mostly because vitamin C is an antioxidant and vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 can quite easily oxidize so it's in there as a stabilizer but
