The Importance of Sleep
I've had a lot going on having sleep issues here and there occasionally. There's a 345 wake up alarm inside of my brain that just won't let go. So I literally, like, okay, I get up. I lay down in the nice cool basement comfort couch and I get another hour and a half, two hours or more at least and then start my day. That just goes to show that what you're saying is true. And also you bring up something so important and that is the new research. We now know the role of melatonin serotonin and cortisol in depression and in our sleep.
