I've had a lot going on having sleep issues here and there occasionally. There's a 345 wake up alarm inside of my brain that just won't let go. So I literally, like, okay, I get up. I lay down in the nice cool basement comfort couch and I get another hour and a half, two hours or more at least and then start my day. That just goes to show that what you're saying is true.
